I've never met JoshW or Holly but I'd hate to go home to find our wee dog wasn't around. Disobedient little git but always wanting his belly scratched.

So, that's why I think we should have a [url=http://allaboutirish.com/library/customs/wakes.htm]wake[url] for Holly.

Any pet stories you'd like to share go here as a mark of respect for the departed. I know at least one SC member has lost a favourite pet in the 6 months I've been here.

Lost my favorite dog ever a few years ago, a poodle named Muff (mom named him). He was 15. We pretended that he talked with a french accent. He was a good boy.

Peeing sitting down is the gift you give yourself.

An important thing to remember is that a dog is more than just a pet, it's an important and loved member of the family. Until it dies, at which time it becomes meat. "boshingtoen" is a nice Korean recipe you might try.

Oh, this principle goes for human relatives, too. (Different recipe, though.)

We had a gerbil. My brother sat on him by accident. School was very difficult for us both in the next few weeks. I'm glad no-one knew who Richard Gere was back then.
