Well here is my reason for this. I know that I will never win one of the contests, but I got a really good idea. Who does everybody hate? Bob Saget! Your objectives are to design a picture of Bob Saget wreaking havoc on a choice city. Doesn't matter which one. Doesn't matter how.

So what is everyone using to edit? I'm using Gimp, and I highly recommend it. It's freeware, too!
