Don Adams of Maxwell Smart and Inspector Gadget fame died on Sunday of a lung infection. Probably one of the funniest men of the 20th century. I used to love Get Smart when I was a kid, hell, I still love it to this day. And I don't think there's anyone here under 25 who didn't watch Inspector Gadget as a kid.

Kind of a bummer that he died before the Get Smart movie got released... and he was alive to see the Inspector Gadget movies get released...

I did watch Inspector Gadget as a kid and it wasn't until I was older that I realized that it was basically just a ripoff of Get Smart (which is ironic when you think about it). Anyway, he was awesome. He will be missed.
