Don't let it fool you into thinking it was original material. That is an old joke turned into a comic (see the thread about the subject if you'd like)

The joke as told by millions:

A pirate walks into a bar and he has a shipwheel hooked to his zipper. The bartender looks at him and says "hey buddy...ya know you got a steering wheel on your..uh...your junk right?" To which the pirate replies "Aye, it's drivin' me nuts." (alternate punchline: "ARRR, It's drivin' me nuts)
