I may be an elitist reg, but I'm still beyond thinking that "We Who Have Been Here Longest" should have any more say in the goings on of SC than say, Noonie or Kitty.

Hold it there, I made my feelings known in evil_d's thread before Kajun even posted there, let alone before he set up a second thread with this Proposition for CC2. We just both happened to have the same views on the situation - no sheeping involved from my end...

I am elitist as hell, but only when it comes to me. I wouldn't mind if there was a ruling council, as long as I am not on it and I have something to grumble about and rebel against.

Oh, and I like the new forum. It's cute, and when it bats its eyelashes I get weak in the knees.

I'd also like to add, by the way, that quite a lot of people view the FTC as a "valid" contest. I see no reason for it to be in the "more comic competitions" forum.

Maybe we should have some actual prizes for the CCs and Comic Cups to make them 'official'. Like SC merchandise or something. I'd be willing to put cash towards a prize fund.
